Ted W. Rollins and Valeo Groupe are proud to announce Justin Schroeder as the winner of the 2019 Ted W.Rollins Eco Scholarship. Justin graduated from Washington Senior High in Sioux Falls, SD and will attend the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology this fall. He will receive $1,000 to assist with the cost of tuition, books or living expenses.
